Radiofrequency resonator for measuring physical properties of liquids

Radiofrequency (RF) resonator measuring device for determination of physical properties of liquids has been proposed. The device contains RF sensor that is a section of modified coaxial line with U-shaped inner conductor. Distant location of electronic unit of the device from a monitored object can be provided. Mathematical model of the RF sensor has been proposed. It gives ability to calculate output characteristic of the device and to optimize parameters of the RF sensor in order to increase its sensitivity to measured physical properties of a liquid and to provide unambiguity of measurement results.

Method of autoclave’s optimal temperature control based on PI-regulator with prediction

The paper describes the method of optimization of the autoclave sterilization chamber’s temperature control circuit. The results of computer modeling for canned food sterilization using traditional regulator and "predicting" regulator have been offered.

Optimization of the sterilization process of canned food in water in the AVK-30M autoclave

Sterilization formula of canned food made of hydrobionts and coefficients of the temperature regulators in the sterilizer AVK-30M has been optimized using modeling of the sterilization process. Optimized sterilization process decreases electric power consumption by 20 % and process length by 9 %.

Comparison of modern and traditional canned food sterilization methods

The results of comparison of the modern and traditional canned food sterilization methods have been described. The comparison of both sterilization methods has been made with the help of numerical modeling of the heating processes in the autoclave and can. The sterilization process produced by the modern method decreases electric power consumption by 30 %.
